At the beginning of your day or shift set your goal of the most important tasks. Keep an eye on what are the top 2-5 things that are your goal for the day.
Delete the goals as you finish each of them.
If you dont get to finish your tasks or goals for the day, your app will be cleared at the end of the day (12 am). That way you can always start with an empty ToDo list or note item to be created every single morning.
